We know the results of the Central European Regional Contest, which concluded today in Slovenia.
  • 3rd place: - UWr1 - Krzysztof Boryczka, Antoni Buraczewski, Łukasz Pluta (9 problems solved)
  • 7th place - UWr2 - Adam Ciężkowski, Artur Krzyżyński, Jan Wańkowicz (8 problems solved)
The team from the Jagiellonian University won, solving 10 problems and the University of Warsaw took the second place (9 problems).
The competition served as the elimination for the world finals of the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) - the most significant student programming contest worldwide. Every year, tens of thousands of students from several thousand universities compete for advancement. Unofficially, the 3rd place of our team means QUALIFICATION for these competitions. Well done!
