START Scholarship and Award for Piotr Ostropolski-Nalewaja
Piotr Ostropolski-Nalewaja received the prestigious scholarship of the 32nd edition of the START program by the Foundation for Polish Science. This program is the oldest scholarship program in Poland for the best young scientists representing all fields of science. Its goal is to support outstanding young scholars and encourage them in further scientific development. The winners of the 2024 edition of the START program will receive an annual scholarship of 30,000 PLN
In addition, Piotr has received the prof. Adam Sobiczewski Award awarded since 2015 for research in mathematics, theoretical physics, or astronomy. The main criterion for the award is the exceptionally high quality of the candidate's scientific achievements.
